unable to use this prosthesis to chew.
This case failed because her previous dentist angled the upper implants too far forward and did not provide retentive attachments. The HA endosteal custom implant replacement provided full arch support and superior strength and excellent prosthetic retentive strength. This patient was very agreeable to removing the lower teeth and creating a Class I occlusion and beautiful smile.
