Most patients presented with either advanced dental disease or tooth loss associated with advanced loss of dental bone. This patient required synthetic dense bone grafts in the upper and lower jaws.

The upper custom embedded implant is covered with dense synthetic bone to seal the implant and prevent soft tissue undergrowth which is the primary cause of post operative complications and failure.

Castings are made of chromium cobalt. They are cemented in place on the last day of treatment and serve to greatly strengthen the overall system..
These castings are precision fitted to the prosthetic teeth on the last day of treatment with Hader clips. Chair side fitting has proven to be the most accurate method to achieve predictable longer term retention.
The prosthetics are then sealed to the soft tissue with chair side acrylic for a fit that replicated natural teeth.
